Shipping Policy — The Links Shack

Processing & Delivery Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Protection We offer optional shipping protection at checkout for a small fee. This protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

  • If you select shipping protection: You are covered in the event your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. Simply submit a claim through our shipping protection portal at checkout confirmation or your order page. If a replacement is available, we will reship your item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the affected item(s).
  • If you decline shipping protection: The Links Shack is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier has confirmed delivery. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We encourage all customers to consider adding protection at checkout for peace of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@linksshack.com with photos and your order number. We will do our best to make it right.
